Why Do Kids Bully Other Kids?!

It bothers me so much, even to think about it. This blog is mainly about baseball, but as a 7th grader, sometimes I have to venture off to another topic for a day. I'm on the road now, using the bluetooth on my iphone to connect to the computer, so why not blog to pass the time? Besides, it's one of my favorite things to do!

When I think of bullying, I don't even know what to think. It's just one of things that you go, why? Why in the world would somebody do it? First of all, it's just plain stupid! It makes ZERO sense to me. First of all, if you KNOW it's gonna make somebody feel bad, why would you do it? Maybe they think their, "cool," doing it, or maybe they just get pleasure out of it! I'm one of those kids who never likes to get in trouble (why would somebody want to in the first place?)

Today was my first day taking the bus, carrying my backpack, and doing everything by myself. It's not easy at all. I never want to go back to my crutches, or even worse, my wheelchair. After a long day of walking up and down stairs, and all of that, I was limping. By the end of the day, I was so sore from all the walking. Well, somebody must've seen me and said, hey, that kids limping, wouldn't it be funny to push him? It's not like it was even a hard push, but when you don't expect something, it's, well, surprising! I twisted my ankle, and when I looked back (he/she) was laughing. It didn't just hurt, it made me feel so annoyed. Just to think that somebody would do that. Why? It makes absolutely NO sense to me. I felt like punching a wall, but I just went to my locker, and got on my bus.

It's very hard to stop thinking about something like that, so that's the reason why I'm going to post about this. I just want to let it all out, and when you write about something, it makes the situation so much better. I'm still so annoyed to think that somebody would do something like that. No, that's probably not the worst, of bullying at all, but it gets on your nerve. I let it slide this time, but next time, i'll do something about it. I never wanted to get on crutches again, but this made me think that I might be safer with them. Although somebody may still probably do the same, which is sad to think about.

Blogging makes everything better, especially when you have people that support you.

  2. It seems the young kids and teens most often targeted by bullies are sensitive, tender-hearted and just different. I was one of those kids. I'm still different but now quite proud of it! Keep on being YOU!
